If a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the order on your behalf, the 30-day period starts from the date they receive the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
